The Palo Pinto County District Judge is accepting applications to fill the position of the 29th Judicial District Clerk for the remaining term through December 31, 2020.  Applicants must have resided in Palo Pinto County for at least 6 months and have a high school diploma or a high school equivalency certificate.  Applications and a complete description of the duties and responsibilities of the position may be obtained in the County Auditor’s Officer on the 3rd floor of the Palo Pinto County Courthouse Monday through Friday between 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. or the links below.  Applications must be submitted to the County Auditor’s Office by 4:00 P.M. on Monday, September 30, 2019.

The Palo Pinto County Juvenile Probation Department is accepting applications for a Part Time Administrative Assistant/Community Service Assistant.Requirements are strong computer skills, ability to work with others. Job Description
Duties:
the part-time Data Coordinator position will be responsible for assisting the Juvenile Department with any and all duties associated with the position.  Must have excellent organizational skills, telephone professionalism, knowledge of basic computer applications and programs to include data entry, collection of fees, issuing receipts, preparing court documents, filing, maintaining records, make detention arrangements, notices and memos as needed, performs other duties as needed and instructed by the Chief and/or other staff members.
 
The person working in this position must have a valid Texas Driver’s license.  The person must also possess a tolerance for working in a sometimes emotionally charged and stressful work environment. The qualified candidate will also be of high moral character.

This position will be flexible on days to work and consist of a total of 24 hours per week, with the needs of the department taking priority.

The Palo Pinto County Community Supervision and Corrections Department is accepting applications for the position of Community Supervision Officer.
