Small Business Administration Economic Injury Disaster Information

The Small Business Administration (SBA) has designated COVID-19 as a qualifying event for the provision of Economic Injury Disaster Loans for small businesses and private non-profits (PNPs) in affected communities. Texas is currently working with SBA to qualify for this declaration. Small businesses and PNPs must be able to demonstrate that they are unable to meet obligations or pay ordinary or necessary operating expenses by completing the Economic Injury Worksheet. It is very important that the “Estimated Adverse Economic Impact” section of the form is completed in its entirety. The “brief explanation” field should also include comments that state that “the economic impact is directly related to COVID-19.”

Once the form is completed please email to Mistie Garland. If link does not work, send email to mistie.garland@co.palo-pinto.tx.us with the subject EIW Form.
