Location: Precinct 2 – Graford Barn

Applications will be taken in the County Commissioners office at the County Courthouse in Palo Pinto between the hours of 8:00am and 3:00pm beginning Friday April 17th, 2026 until filed. Justice of the Peace Pct5 – Deputy Clerk

Palo Pinto County will be accepting applications for the position of Deputy Clerk for Justice of the Peace Court, Precinct #5, until filled. Applications may be picked up at Judge Tisha Bien’s office in the Palo Pinto Courthouse Annex in Mineral Wells or via the county website www.co.palo-pinto.tx.us . Applicant must have a high school diploma, possess strong computer skills and be able to deal with the public in a courteous and professional manner. Experience working with or in a judicial office or law enforcement agency is desirable but not necessary. Strict confidentiality is essential.
