NOTICE OF REGULAR SESSION
COMMISSIONERS COURT OF PALO PINTO COUNTY
Notice is hereby given that a Regular Session of the Palo Pinto County Commissioners
Court will be held on Monday the 22nd day of June 2026 at 9:00 A.M., in the County
Courtroom at the Palo Pinto County Courthouse. The Commissioners Court may meet
informally at 8:30 A.M. to monitor and inspect ongoing County projects. No action will
be taken except at the regular session. Items on the agenda may be taken up in any order.
*Interested parties and/or members of the Palo Pinto County Commissioners Court shall
assist persons with speech, physical, and/or mental disabilities if 24-hour notice is given.

TO CONSIDER ESTABLISHING GUIDELINES AND
CRITERIA GOVERNING TAX
ABATEMENT FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS
IN PALO PINTO COUNTY
SCHEDULED FOR JULY 13, 2026.
Pursuant to Local Government Code 111.007, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be
held at the Palo Pinto County Courthouse, in the County Courtroom, located at 520 Oak Street,
Palo Pinto, Texas 76484 on July 13th, 2026 at 9:00 am. The Palo Pinto County Commissioners
Court will consider the proposed Tax Abatement Guidelines and Criteria. Any person may attend
and participate in the hearing and all citizens are encouraged to attend. At the conclusion of the
public hearing, the Commissioners Court may take action on the proposed Tax Abatement
Guidelines and Criteria. A copy of the proposed Tax Abatement Guidelines and Criteria will be
available as of June 22nd
, 2026 for public inspection at the office of the Honorable Shane Long,
