Palo Pinto County is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of the following items:

Road Base Material

"Road Material Sealed Bids"

and submitted directly by the bidder to the County, 1st floor of the Palo Pinto County Courthouse located in Palo Pinto, TX, or mailed to:

P.O. Box 190, Palo Pinto, TX 76484

No faxed or emailed bids will be accepted.

Deadline: All sealed bids must be received in the County Judge's Office by noon on Monday, January 5, 2026.

Bid Opening: Bids will be opened during the Regular Session of the Palo Pinto County Commissioner's Court on January 12, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. in the County Courtroom.

Award Consideration: Consideration for award of bid will be made on January 26, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. in the County Courtroom of the Palo Pinto County Courthouse, located at:

Road Materials Packet

The Palo Pinto County Municipal Water District No. 1 will be closing a portion of the South bound lane located at the 10,400 block of FM4 North of Santo, TX, 32.6384443, -98.2533731, to conduct repairs to damaged sections of a rural asphalt road on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. There will be traffic safety personnel on site directing the one-way traffic during the repair.
