    Palo Pinto County is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of the following items:

     
    • cold mix road material and hot mix road material

     

    Please contact Commissioner Jeff Fryer for any questions (940) 659-1210.  All bids must be sealed, clearly marked as “Coldmix & Hotmix Materials Bid” and submitted directly by the bidder to the County, 1st floor of the Palo Pinto County Courthouse located in Palo Pinto, TX, or mailed to P.O. Box 190, Palo Pinto, TX  76484. 

    No Faxed or emailed bids will be accepted.  

    All sealed bids must be received in the County Judge’s Office by noon on Friday, April 17.  2026.

     

    Bids will be opened during the Regular Session of the Palo Pinto County Commissioner’s Court on April 27, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. in the County Courtroom of the Palo Pinto County Courthouse.  Consideration for award of bid will be made April 27, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. in the County Courtroom of the Palo Pinto County Courthouse located at 520 Oak Street in Palo Pinto, Texas 76484.

    REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) No. PPC-CF-RR-2026

     

    Palo Pinto County Commissioners Court is seeking sealed proposals from qualified contractors for repair services for water damage remediation and reconstruction services and courthouse roof repairs. This will be a one-step process, submit both qualifications information as well as price proposals. The complete specifications may be found at www.co.palo-pinto.tx.us. After a mandatory onsite pre-proposal conference, RFPs will be accepted until 2:00 PM, April 27, 2026, in the County Judge’s office on the 1st floor of the County Courthouse, 520 Oak Street, Palo Pinto, Texas or may be mailed to P.O. Box 190, Palo Pinto, Texas 76484.

    No faxed proposals will be accepted.

    RFPs will be opened during the regular session of Commissioners Court on Monday, May 11, 2026 at 9:00 AM in the County Courtroom on the 1st floor of the Palo Pinto County Courthouse.
