    Palo Pinto County is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of the following items:

     
    • cold mix road material and hot mix road material

     

    Please contact Commissioner Jeff Fryer for any questions (940) 659-1210.  All bids must be sealed, clearly marked as “Coldmix & Hotmix Materials Bid” and submitted directly by the bidder to the County, 1st floor of the Palo Pinto County Courthouse located in Palo Pinto, TX, or mailed to P.O. Box 190, Palo Pinto, TX  76484. 

    No Faxed or emailed bids will be accepted.  

    All sealed bids must be received in the County Judge’s Office by noon on Friday, April 17.  2026.

     

    Bids will be opened during the Regular Session of the Palo Pinto County Commissioner’s Court on April 27, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. in the County Courtroom of the Palo Pinto County Courthouse.  Consideration for award of bid will be made April 27, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. in the County Courtroom of the Palo Pinto County Courthouse located at 520 Oak Street in Palo Pinto, Texas 76484.

  • The Palo Pinto County Municipal Water District No. 1 will be closing a portion of the South bound lane located at the 10,400 block of FM4 North of Santo, TX, 32.6384443, -98.2533731, to conduct repairs to damaged sections of a rural asphalt road on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. There will be traffic safety personnel on site directing the one-way traffic during the repair.
